Same problem in southern Finland.
Thought I'd go on for a run to get my Cartographer title done a bit more from 90%, but looks like I'll be skipping it.
It's really funny to watch your health degen almost totally without not being move at all nor anything else is moving either \o/

I suffered a major lag spike while doing HM Nahpui Quarter, needless to say our team lost because I was not able to help them. 64kping = bad.

Lag has been horrible for the last 3 days - I'm in Atlanta on U.S. server. My character has been hopping around like a rabbit on drugs. I checked dsl speed and all was normal. The lag has turned playing into torture.

I'm also in Atlanta, on DSL, and having the same problems. Very jumpy.
Also, last night, while doing the Frost Gate mission, we lost three players due to being disconnected from the server, so we couldn't finish. This was a random PUG. Seeing more and more of this lately.
I love Guild Wars, but this is beginning to grate!

2-3 weeks, incredible... It seems like this thing is very, very serious, and it would be not bad if A-net could inform us about the inquiry's progress to solve the problem...
...If they're doing something to solve the problem...

I've been experiencing lag (East coast US) for the past two weeks, and it hasn't changed. ping is right around ~250 or so, then every couple minutes it spikes to 5k+ for 10 seconds. I haven't noticed it getting worse this weekend, because it's been bad for me for a while.

The lag has completely returned for me too. It had been gone for a week or two after the previous fix, but now I'm back to watching spikes of 6 or 7K with a couple of GW slideshows in between.
I must agree with what I've seen some others say in this thread: GW:EN is not going to be on my list of things to buy if this continues. Time for ANET to fix it instead of trying to blame it on everyone else. I know it isn't my network connection: a friend of mine is playing WoW on this exact same ADSL (ADSL wireless router with three machines connected to it) and he's having no trouble. I'm downloading patches for a game I'm installing to play instead and that is going without trouble. Heck, everything goes without trouble, except for GW.
Bugger, I had really liked a good session now.

Getting bad lag here in California. Im usually in the green with around 30-60ms pings, but for the past 3 days or so, its been around 700-1500ms. Ive even hit a peak of 51000ms at one point in FoW, and had one person in my group say he lags whenever I move my character.
Also noticed high pings are triggered if I do the following:
move character around alot
switch City / Districts
activate skills
Just for reference: Im using Time Warner Cable in Southern California.

I too am lagging like crazy, but only in Guild Wars. I'm lucky if I'm able to get through the first 5 minutes of a mission with only heroes and henchies because of the lag. It's usually better in town, but out in the game where it matters I have often hit 5k+ ping times. For now, I think I'll be dropping Guild Wars for a bit until this settles, as it's currently unplayable for me.
I'm in the Bay Area of California on SBC (I think that's Comcast now, right?) ADSL.

I have the same ISP as you do. My ping is ten times worse than what it usually is. Sitting in the 1000-1500 range with occasional dips into the 500-700 range

Problems with my Guild Wars game too. I live in Belgium and now even when I just log in and go to a town I can't even move only type but the typing doesn't work whole the time. It's so irritating now and it started today for me. The others days I had Disconnections and 007 errors whole the time!
I also sended a mail again to NCSoft about this problem. Had a mail sended the day earlier when I had 007 errors and DC and got this reply back:

Hello,
Thank you very much for contacting the Guild Wars Customer Support Team. We are still investigating the issue regarding the lag ingame. We have completed some additional network maintenance and as such would like you to provide us with some feedback. Could you please advise us if the issue has been resolved or if you are still experiencing lag whilst playing.
We will then continue to work on resolving any issues that persist.
Thank you very much for your time to report this issue. Please feel free to contact the support team again if you encounter any other problems.
Regards
GM Clive

Friday night no problem at all, tonight the game is totally unplayable.
Why on Earth do they keep having these weekend events whilst this problem persists and most people cannot participate?
